Bella Ferrero, as she is known, was supposed to rent my apartment in Santa Monica for herself and instead turned it into an illegal Airbnb.

Bella broke our agreement, refused to pay money under the terms of our agreement and I eventually lost my beautiful rent-controlled apartment on Ocean Avenue. Julia Grissom aka Bella Ferrero (@bellaaferrero on Instagram) also stole a bunch of personal property from me including physical media — books and photos — which are not replaceable.

Below are copies of our sub-lease agreement, the warnings I received from Pacific Plaza, and Bella’s 30-day notice, showing she is responsible for the apartment until November 10th, 2023.

Julia Ann Grissom is a criminal with convictions in multiple US states going back many years. Julia Ann Grissom aka Bella Ferrero is toxic, dishonest, and prone to theft and violence. Avsar Kalola is her pimp and partner in crime.

Julia Grissom uses the name Bella Ferrero which contravenes a condition of her parole.
